UK Delivery Information

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day, orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are dispatched on the following working day. 

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 48-hour, Royal Mail 24-hour, or Next Working Day Courier service, depending on the delivery option you select at checkout. Goods are dispatched promptly by us, and orders sent using Royal Mail services should arrive within the estimated delivery window (excluding Sundays). Orders delivered by courier will require a signature upon delivery.

UK Postage & Packing

• Royal Mail 48-hour Service:
  FREE for orders over £50.00 (after any discounts or vouchers), sent to a single UK address. For orders below this amount, there is a standard £3.95 charge per order.
  Aim to deliver within two working days (a small minority may take three).
• Royal Mail 24-hour Service:
  Available for faster delivery, charged at a standard rate of £5.50 per order. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday will usually arrive the next working day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
  Aim to deliver the next working day.
• Next Working Day Courier (DPD):
  A guaranteed next working day service is available for £7.50 per order. Please note: Orders placed on a Friday using this service will be delivered on the next working day – usually Monday, except during UK Bank Holidays when deliveries may take an extra day.

Please note that any orders shipped to the Highlands and Islands can take up to 48 hours to arrive and will incur a surcharge when using DPD.

Important Delivery Speed & Postcode Exclusions (Effective 11 August 2025)

Royal Mail has introduced postcode exclusions that may affect delivery times for Royal Mail 24 and 48 hr Tracked Delivery.

Please be aware that deliveries to the following postcodes may take longer than the stated delivery estimates:
AB36–38, AB54–56, FK18–21, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–38, PA41–80, PH19–44, PH49–50, TR21–25, BT, GY, HS, IV, IM, JE, ZE.
